DESCRIPTION:

B7 TILE BOND is a cement-based tile adhesive that is RIGID and HIGH-STRENGTH. Designed for fixing a wide variety of tiles.

COLOR: Grey

TYPICAL USES:

Interiors and Exteriors, Vitrified and Ceramic Tiles, Decorative Stones, Swimming Pool Tiles, Walls and Floors.

STANDARDS:

For installing all types of Floor, Wall Tiles.
Recommended for Concrete, Bricks, Styrene, and Gypsum Wallboards.

PREPARATION:

Ensure that the surface is dry and free of grease and dirt.

MIXING:

4-6 liters of water for every 20 KG of B7 Tile Bond.
Mix thoroughly until the consistency is thick and creamy.

APPLICATION:

Spread the mixture evenly on the surface.
Install the tiles or bricks with pressure.

DRYING & CURING:

Minimum of 24 hours.

STORAGE & SHELF LIFE:

Up to 12 months when stored in unopened packaging in a dry place.

B7 TILE GROUT is architecturally specified high-performance Tiles and Marble grouts.

PREPARATION:

Ensure that the surface is dry and free of grease and dirt.

MIXING:

Mix B7 Tile Bond with clean water by 3:1 Ratio.
Mix thoroughly and leave for 15 Minutes to stand and mature.
Then, Mix thoroughly.
Note: Do not add or allow any additional water during or after mixing.

APPLICATION:

Use a rubber blade or trowel and apply using cross-hatch techniques.
Remove the excess from the surface of the tiles.
When the B7 Tile Grout mix starts to set, begin the initial cleaning using a damp sponge.
Remove the remaining grout traces on the tile surfaces the next day by wiping them with a clean, soft, and dry cloth.

STORAGE & SHELF LIFE:

Up to 12 months when stored in unopened packaging in a dry place.
